Welcome to Krefans ("Krefans", "we", "us", or "our").
Krefans is an online platform that enables creators to connect with their supporters, receive financial support, offer memberships, and share content with their communities.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krefans website, services, features, and related facilities.
By accessing or using Krefans, creating an account, supporting a creator, publishing content, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Krefans.
For the purposes of these Terms:
Platform: The Krefans website, services, features, and related systems.
User: Any person who accesses or uses Krefans.
Creator: A registered user who publishes content, offers memberships, or receives support through Krefans.
Supporter: A user who financially supports a Creator through the Platform.
Content: Text, images, videos, audio, links, digital materials, and other materials uploaded, published, or shared through the Platform.
Support Payment: A payment made by a Supporter to support a Creator.
Creator Balance: The balance recorded in a Creator's Krefans account, subject to applicable fees, adjustments, verification, and withdrawal requirements.
Withdrawal: A request by a Creator to receive eligible funds from their Creator Balance through an available payout method.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and use Krefans.
When registering, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Maintain and update your account information when necessary.
Use a valid email address and secure password.
Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Not create accounts for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
We may request additional information or identity verification where reasonably necessary for security, payment processing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or restrict access where permitted by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or any security breach.
Krefans is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Creators are responsible for their profiles, published Content, memberships, offers, and interactions with Supporters.
As a Creator, you agree to:
Provide accurate descriptions of your profile, memberships, and offers.
Publish only Content that you own or are legally authorized to use.
Deliver the benefits, access, or services you advertise.
Treat Supporters fairly and communicate honestly.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Handle your tax obligations arising from your activities and earnings.
Keep your payout and account information accurate and up to date.
Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and delivery of their own Content and offers.
Krefans does not guarantee that a Creator will receive any particular amount of support or that a Creator's offers will achieve any specific results.
Supporters are responsible for reviewing a Creator's profile, Content, membership details, and payment terms before making a payment.
By supporting a Creator, you acknowledge that:
Support payments are intended to financially support the selected Creator.
Any benefits, access, or rewards offered by a Creator are described by that Creator.
You should review the payment amount and applicable terms before confirming a transaction.
You must not use payments to facilitate fraud, abuse, money laundering, or other unlawful activities.
Supporters must not intentionally initiate fraudulent transactions or payment disputes.
Creators retain ownership of the Content they create and publish on Krefans, subject to any third-party rights and applicable licenses.
By uploading or publishing Content, you represent that you own the Content or have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use it.
By submitting Content to the Platform, you grant Krefans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically modify that Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and promote the Platform.
This license does not transfer ownership of your Content to Krefans.
The license ends when the relevant Content is deleted or your account is terminated, except for copies retained in backups, records required by law, or materials already shared by other users where removal is not reasonably possible.
The Krefans name, logo, branding, website design, software, and original Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Krefans and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Krefans enables Supporters to make payments to support Creators through payment methods made available on the Platform.
When a Supporter completes a payment:
The payment is submitted through an available payment gateway or payment service provider.
The transaction is verified and processed according to the relevant payment provider's procedures.
Eligible funds are recorded in the Creator's account as a Creator Balance, subject to applicable fees, adjustments, verification, and payment settlement.
The Creator may request withdrawal of eligible funds in accordance with these Terms and the applicable withdrawal rules.
A transaction may remain pending, fail, be reversed, or be delayed due to payment provider processing, verification requirements, technical issues, fraud checks, or legal restrictions.
Krefans does not guarantee that every initiated payment will be successfully completed.
Creators may offer memberships or recurring support options where such features are available.
The membership price, billing period, benefits, and applicable conditions should be displayed before a Supporter confirms a membership.
Where recurring billing is enabled, the Supporter authorizes the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the displayed billing schedule until cancellation.
Supporters may cancel future recurring payments through the available account or payment management options.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund payments already completed, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the relevant offer.
Creators are responsible for providing the membership benefits they advertise.
Krefans may charge service fees, transaction fees, membership fees, withdrawal fees, or other charges for the use of certain Platform features.
Applicable fees will be displayed or communicated through the Platform before or when they apply.
Payment service providers may also charge processing, conversion, or other fees. These charges may vary depending on the payment method, currency, country, and provider.
Krefans reserves the right to introduce or modify fees by providing reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
Payments and withdrawals may be subject to currency conversion. Exchange rates and conversion charges may be determined by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
Eligible funds from completed transactions may be recorded in the Creator's Balance.
The displayed balance is an account record and does not necessarily mean that all funds are immediately available for withdrawal.
Balances may be adjusted for applicable fees, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, corrections, or other valid adjustments.
Creators may request withdrawal of eligible funds through the withdrawal options made available by Krefans.
To request a withdrawal, Creators may be required to provide:
Accurate payout account details.
Identity or account verification documents.
Additional information reasonably required for payment processing or compliance.
Withdrawal requests may be reviewed by Krefans before approval.
We may delay, reject, or temporarily hold a withdrawal where reasonably necessary due to:
Incomplete or inaccurate payout information.
Pending payment settlement.
Identity or account verification requirements.
Suspected fraud, abuse, or suspicious transactions.
Refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals.
Legal, regulatory, or payment provider requirements.
Security or operational concerns.
We will make reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawals within the timeframe applicable to the selected payout method. Actual processing times may depend on payment providers, banks, and other external services.
Minimum withdrawal amounts, available payout methods, fees, and other withdrawal requirements may be specified separately through the Platform.
Payments made through Krefans are generally considered final once successfully processed.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the circumstances of the transaction, the Creator's offer, payment provider requirements, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Where appropriate, Supporters should first contact the relevant Creator regarding issues with promised benefits, access, or services.
Krefans may review refund requests and determine appropriate action where the transaction was processed through the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes refund rights or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
If a Supporter disputes a payment with their bank, card issuer, or payment provider, the transaction may be reversed or charged back.
Where a refund, chargeback, reversal, or payment adjustment affects a Creator's earnings, Krefans may:
Deduct the relevant amount from the Creator Balance.
Adjust future earnings.
Temporarily restrict withdrawals.
Request repayment of a negative balance where legally permitted.
Take other reasonable measures to address the resulting loss.
Creators agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for information or documentation relating to payment disputes.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or termination.
You may not use Krefans to engage in, promote, facilitate, or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Fraud, scams, impersonation, and deceptive financial activities.
Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
Content that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors.
Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation.
Illegal pornography, sexual exploitation, or prohibited sexual services.
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse.
Terrorism, violent extremism, or the promotion of terrorist organizations.
Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.
The sale or promotion of illegal goods, controlled substances, or prohibited services.
Malware, phishing, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems.
Spam, malicious links, or deceptive promotional activities.
Gambling, lotteries, or other restricted activities where prohibited by law or payment provider policies.
Attempts to manipulate payments, evade fees, or abuse the Platform's financial systems.
Any activity prohibited by applicable payment providers or financial institutions.
We may remove Content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Your use of Krefans is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide accurate personal information and to use other users' information only for legitimate purposes related to your interactions on the Platform.
Creators must handle Supporter information responsibly and comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
You must not sell, misuse, disclose, or use another user's personal information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
Krefans respects intellectual property rights.
If you believe that Content available on Krefans infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material and explain your claim.
We may review reports, remove or restrict access to Content, and take action against repeat infringers where appropriate.
Submitting knowingly false or misleading infringement reports may result in account restrictions.
Copyright complaints may be submitted through the Krefans Support Center.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
Where reasonably necessary, we may:
Issue warnings.
Remove or restrict Content.
Restrict certain account features.
Suspend an account temporarily.
Terminate an account permanently.
Delay or hold withdrawals where justified by security, payment, legal, or compliance requirements.
Where permitted, we will provide notice and relevant information about the action taken.
You may stop using Krefans and request account deletion through the available account settings or by contacting our support team.
Account termination does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations, resolve pending disputes, or remove records that we are legally required to retain.
Krefans may integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways, payment processors, hosting providers, and other external services.
Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms, policies, and privacy practices.
Krefans is not responsible for independent third-party services, their availability, or actions outside our reasonable control.
Payment processing and payout timing may depend on the relevant third-party provider.
Krefans is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or quality of Content published by Creators.
Krefans does not guarantee that any Creator will receive financial support, achieve a particular income, or obtain specific results through the Platform.
You use the Platform at your own risk, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krefans and its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable liability.
Where permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms will be limited to the amount you paid directly to Krefans during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krefans, its owners, affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your unlawful use of the Platform.
Your Content or activities.
Your infringement of another person's rights.
Your transactions or dealings with other users.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Krefans' own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, legal requirements, or Platform features.
Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the Platform, email, or other appropriate communication channels.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated at the beginning of the revised document.
Your continued use of Krefans after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We aim to resolve any questions, complaints, or disputes relating to Krefans through direct communication with our users.
Any legal matters arising from the use of Krefans will be subject to applicable laws and regulations. We will provide further details regarding our governing jurisdiction as our business operations are formally established.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that users may have under mandatory applicable consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Krefans concerning your use of the Platform.
They replace any previous agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
